Applying with a Bachelor's Degree
Students applying with a bachelor's degree or who will be receiving a degree from the University of Utah or another institution by the end of Spring Semester of the year application is made must apply to the University of Utah Graduate School by December 1, of the preceding year of application to be eligible for admission into the Division of Occupational Therapy.
The application for the Division of Occupational Therapy is due by January 15 of the year you wish to start the program.
