Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is closely linked to my favorite quote. In addition to teaching Nutrition and Health, I must live the life that promotes health and wellness. One thing I keep constant in my mind as I teach is that no matter how much knowledge I possess on a particular subject, that knowledge and understanding is useless to my students unless I can get the point across in a way that makes sense and is useful to them. That is critical.
