Alternate Payment Options
- Telephone: To pay by credit card via the telephone, please
call our program's accountant Kathryn Harrison (801-585-5654). She
will take your credit card information. She is available beteen 8am
and 4pm MST. Be prepared to give your personal information needed
for billing purposes. It will take approximately 12 hours before you
will be given your UserID and Password. This is because Steven Atkinson,
the course designer, must be notified of your registration. He will
call or email you back personally with your ID and password.
- Fax: This form of payment is no longer an alternative due
to decreased demand for this service.
- Mail: This form of payment is no longer an alternative due
to decreased demand for this service.
- In-Person: After you have printed a registration form (below)
using this website, office staff will be available to take your payment
in person between the hours of 8am - 4pm MST at:
