To declare Exercise & Sport Science as your major:
Make an appointment and meet with the ESS Advisor to approve and/or help revise your Academic Program Completion Plan and review University graduation requirements.
Bring an unofficial copy of your transcripts or DARS report to the appointment.
Only major declarations through the Department are recognized by the Registrar's Office.
In order for the Academic Advisor to release information via email or over the phone
to you or an individual in which you designate, the following release form must be
completed and submitted to the ESS Office, before releasing any
information.
Students who plan to graduate with a Bachelor in Athletic Training,
Exercise and Sport Science or Physical Education Teacher Education
can contact the University Career
