Basic Instruction Program (BIP)

Regular participation in 30 minutes of daily physical activity has been shown to be a powerful tool for enhancing personal health and well being.   However, many Americans are unsure as to:

  • What counts as physical activity?
  • How to integrate physical activity into hectic lifestyles?
  • How to acquire skills to play sports?
  • How to plan personal fitness activities?

The BIP program can help you with all of this and more!
