Sport Pedagogy

Required Undergraduate Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in sport pedagogy, or physical education teacher education (PETE) required for students applying to the MS in Sport Pedagogy thesis option or non-thesis option

  • Students wishing to enter the MS in Sport Pedagogy for secondary licensure of the MS in Special Physical Education with secondary licensure have the following required undergraduate courses, which may be taken concurrently with the graduate curriculum

    • Anatomy

    • Exercise physiology

    • Kinesiology

    • Human development across the lifespan
