ESSF

In order to meet an ever growing need for quality fitness instruction, the Exercise and Sport Science Fitness (ESSF) program strives to provide students with an opportunity to partake in innovative, educational, and quality health and fitness classes.  These classes can be taken and repeated for both credit and non-credit by University students or non-enrolled members of the community.  Some of these classes include Pilates, Yoga, Weight Training, Winter Sports Conditioning, Swimming, Triathlon and Marathon Training, Jogging for Fitness, Walking, Circuit Training, Physio-ball Cardio, Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer, Badminton, Fencing, Mountain Biking, Indoor Cycling, Racquetball, Golf, Tennis, Kayaking, Scuba, Flexibility for Sport, Self Defense, Aquatics, Lifeguarding, Fitness for Life, and various forms of Martial Arts.
