Pilates Studio Training

Classical Pilates is conducted using the idea that core strength is at the center of movement.  If the core muscles are strong and do their job properly, then the rest of the body is free to move with improved range of motion and coordination without unnecessary tension or difficulty.  Our classically trained studio certified Pilates staff will help clients practice centering, control, breath, precision, concentration, and flowing movement in order to achieve the clients personal Pilates goals.  These sessions do involve the usage of all Pilates studio equipment.
