FITNESS FOR LIFE
This class builds a foundation level of experience and education that can help lead to a healthy lifestyle. Course includes nutritional guidance, exercise prescriptions, health guidelines, and fun. FLEXIBILITY FOR SPORT AND EXERCISE
This class can help one understand the underlying principles behind chronic pain and injury due to a lack of range of motion in the body. AEROBICS
From beginning floor to advanced bench step aerobics, these classes will provide you with the tools ncessary to develop and maintain your aerobic fitness and give you a well-rounded workout. WALKING AND JOGGING FOR FITNESS

MARATHON TRAINING

TRIATHLON TRAINING
The sport of Triathlon is presently one of the fastest growing sports in the world. Come find out why people are finding this sport in the world. Classes are designated into Elementary and Advanced formats for the "first-timers" to the Ironman athletes. Discussion will include beginning/advanced training periodization, basic technique, and nutritional guidelines for the sport.
WEIGHT TRAINING
The ESSF Weight Training classes will be taught only by extremely qualified ACSM, NASM, or CSCS certified Personal Trainers to ensure that each student has both an educational and successful physical experience in class. Concepts will include proper lifting technique, periodization, and program development. CIRCUIT TRAINING
Circuit training can give you the best of both strength training and cardiovascular workouts. Workouts in this class are done at a developmentally quick pace and will incorporate a full body workout. SKI CONDITIONING

MOUNTAIN BIKING
This course is offered as both Elementary and Intermediate courses. CYCLING
Cycling is an indoor class that provides a workout and instruction on stationary spinning bikes. Pedals provide options for Shimano SPD and Look cleats. There are also cages for tennis shoes. RACQUETBALL

FENCING
The popularity of Fencing increases rapidly each year. This sport includes the use of foils and protective armor for participants to use during duels. Elementary courses will provide basic instruction while the Intermediate and Advanced courses will refine skills. GYMNASTICS

SWIMMING
With Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced swimming courses, there are options for all ability levels. This course will provide quality and safe instruction of basic/intermediate/advanced technique involved in swimming. Each of the four competitive strokes will be learned and/or refined. AQUA TONE
Aqua Tone is a great way for anyone to experience the joy of exercising in the water. Safe and fun instruction will be provided in both shallow and deep water based upon skill level. Whether it be a non-impact form of exercise for your arthritis or just a way to feel great after a workout, this class is for you.

WATER POLO
This is an outstanding class for those people who wish to participate in the sport of Water Polo. LIFEGUARD
This course will prepare the student to obtain their Lifeguard Training certification. This certification is offered in conjunction with the American Red Cross. WATER SAFETY
This course will provide the student with a WSI (Water Safety Certification) to teach swim lessons as a Red Cross certified instructor. This class is offered in conjunction with the American Red Cross. Both a written and skill test must be passed at the end of the course to obtain this certification. PILATES
We offer both mat Pilates courses as well as full studio classes. All courses are offered in Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced formats. Studio classes do also include Pilates for Endurance athletes, Pilates for Swimmers (specifically), Pilates for Power Athletes, and Pilates for Injury Prevention.
