Assistant or Associate Professor in Audiology

Position

Assistant or Associate Professor, Audiology. Full-time tenure-track, 9-month position available beginning August 15, 2009.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Audiology; Clinical certification/licensure in Audiology preferred. Applicants should have strong evidence of research activity and potential and commitment to effective teaching and service.

Responsibilities

Provide classroom instruction, develop research program, pursue external grants, advise students in Au.D. and Ph.D. programs in Audiology and serve on departmental and university committees. Examples of desired areas of specialization include electrophysiology, immitance audiometry, OAEs, industrial audiology, pediatric audiology, and vestibular disorders. Other areas will also be considered.
