From the Dean
I am proud of the many accomplishments and the excellence of our College of Health students, faculty, and staff. With almost 1700 students, the College is one of the largest at the University of Utah.
The College houses four departments that offer degrees from Bachelor's through Doctorate; and three divisions that offer professional Master's and Clinical Doctorate degree programs.
The College of Health is dedicated to the education of professionals for various career options related to health, focusing on health promotion and rehabilitation. The College conducts research and promotes scholarly activity that furthers an understanding of treatment and effective practices, including those that can be successfully applied in community, clinical, and rehabilitative settings. The College currently supports 23 laboratories and clinics that perform research and provide services to the community, profession, University, and the public.
The College of Health is proud to be educating future leaders. Our faculty are committed to providing first-rate teaching with an advanced curriculum, and to maintaining our superior standing as a College with a well-deserved reputation for excellence.
