Bod Pod (%fat) Body composition (percent fat and lean) is one of the best indicators of health. Accurate measurement of body composition via the Bod Pod enables sensible decisions to be made regarding nutrition and physical activity to help you reach your goals. No more dunking, pinching or radiation. As accurate as traditional underwater weighing, the Bod Pod uses air instead of water to provide precise body composition measurements quickly and comfortably. This 30-minute appointment will include a brief consultation with a PEAK professional to explain results and answer questions. |

Resting Metabolic Rate Measurement Metabolic rate, or metabolism, is the rate at which the body expends energy. This is also referred to as the "caloric burn rate". Metabolic testing reveals how many calories your body burns at rest, giving you the data you need to plan a weight loss, gain, or maintenance plan designed to succeed. This 30-minute appointment will include a brief consultation with a PEAK professional to explain results and answer questions. |
